The bridesmaids looked beautiful and were ready on time.
The Groom preparation was also covered by Peter Hudson – my second shooter for the day.
The service was a mix of joyful hymns, meaningful sermons – and a special sermon from a visiting Pastor.
Through all of this the best man had a little time to put something together for his upcoming speech.
With the service done … a moment for the signing and everything is official … 🙂
Then outside for group shots…
A delightful day in London and I thought I’d take the opportunity to spend the day with Brett Harkness and a few other photographers.
Attending on the day was Paul, Heather, Fiona, Brett & me (no pic)
We started the day at St Pancras and wow, it’s changed soo much
Hopped on the Piccadilly Line down to Covent Garden
The flags and bunting was out in force, looking fantastic
Then a stroll down to Trafalgar Square on a sunny Tuesday
I bumped into Keith in Trafalgar Square, who was a keen photographer and very keen to share his knowledge of the best places around and a few of his photographs.
After a spot of lunch, we wandered down Whitehall – loved being a tourist in London 😀
Then came the challenge of the most non-standard picture of Big Ben – I think I have a better one than this, but was happy to stick with the Union Jack Theme
Across the bridge and an ice-cream later, around the London Eye was just packed with potential and subjects and the challenge to get a portrait with someone looking at you.
Then back across the river
and back up towards Parliament,
And this is the last shot of this post – A great day with good company and a new way of looking at the world around me.
